If you are looking for a skilled stylist who knows color, Scott is your stylist. I’ve had color done in Hawaii, Colorado, Maine, and Florida and in the 20 years that I have been a blonde Scott is the first stylist to get me to the exact color I have been dreaming of! He did this in only two visits!
