im not sure who chasity is that works here but she is VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! i called several times over the course of maybe 3-4 days just for my calls to be declined or told "ill update you tomorrow" or "ill update you in just a second" without hearing ANYTHING BACK! once i told her she was very inconsiderate of my time she says "i have 14 applications and just got 6 more"... keep in mind, they have a separate server for maintenance so her only job is to HANDLE TENANTS/future tenants... i could hear the agitation in... read more
If you're expecting some sort of communication after paying for your application, DONT! all we got was sass & attitude from Chasity. Absolutely no help and very unprofessional/hostile... wouldn't recommend
