Scott Family Plumbing did a wonderful job when I had an emergency plumbing issue late at night. My basement in New Britain started to flood around 1 a.m., and I was worried because no other plumbers were picking up their phones. Thankfully, someone answered my call and quickly sent a plumber over within a couple of hours. The plumber found the leak right away and fixed it. He also repaired our sump pump so the water could be pumped out properly. I really appreciate their quick response and professional service.

The plumbers did an outstanding job in my home in New Britain. They showed up right on time and were very professional throughout the whole process.
