i've called scott family plumbing twice already – first for some valve and pipe repairs when i was setting up a washer and dryer, and then again to fix a heating unit. both times, the plumbers showed up the same day, acted really friendly, and got the plumbing work finished fast. the team was very professional, quickly figured out what was wrong, and explained it all clearly. they made sure everything was working right by testing the equipment a few times before leaving. if i ever have another plumbing emergency, i know who ... read more
