We hired a plumber to replace two leaking outdoor hose bibs. The work required opening the wall to reach the plumbing lines, and one connection near our bathroom vanity needed the drawers removed and part of the back panel opened for access. I came home from work and saw Scott Family Plumbing pull up to my elderly neighbor’s house in New Britain for a plumbing service call. As I was walking inside, I noticed the plumber take my neighbor’s empty trash bins in from the curb after trash pickup and place them by the garage. That small act of kindness really stood out to me.
