Scheduling a plumbing appointment with Scott Family Plumbing was very easy, and communication was great from start to finish. The office kept me updated the whole time, including a call to let me know the plumber was running a little late and another call when he was on the way. When the technician arrived, he clearly explained the plumbing repair, what might need to be done, and which new faucet could replace my old one if necessary. They showed up right on time for the scheduled plumbing visit. During the install of our new sink faucet, dishwasher hookup, and outdoor hose spigot, they quickly spotted a few problem areas left behind from earlier plumbing work.
