Great time honestly. Simple, straight forward. Was in and out in a couple of hours. Got a good car at a good rate. Can’t ask for much more than that.
I was nervous at first, but was welcomed by Louis Rodriguez. He made me feel comfortable and Had the answers to all my questions. The process of financing a car sounds like a headache, but Scott dealership definitely made it a bit easier for me
I just bought this 2017 Buick Lacrosse Premium from Scott's Pre owned lot. My salesman Ray was AWESOME! He was so easy to work with, very friendly, NO PRESSURE, answered all my questions, and took care of all the DMV paperwork. All I had to do is say yes to the car, pay him, and drive the car off the lot. I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with this dealership. I placed a $2,500 deposit on a vehicle, but due to a change in my financing—I had already secured a loan for a new car—I was no longer able to move forward with the purchase. Instead of handling this situation professionally, the dealership made it extremely difficult to get my deposit back. This dealership’s behavior was completely out of line. My wife put down a $2,500 deposit in good faith, thinking she could move forward with the purchase. What she didn’t realize—and what became clear after—was that the lender’s check she had was only approved for a new vehicle, not a used one. As soon as she found that out, she did the right thing and went back to the dealership to inform them.
