I called because the hospital referred me to this dr I called to set my appointment up and his receptionist screamed at the top of her lungs at me telling me that she couldn’t get me in oh well that Dr. Scott is always in the OR and I called back to get her name which is Jennifer Scott and she continuously yelled at me for no reason

I do not recommend this office at all. Had an orientation with Dr’s Assistant on May the 28, 2026 with a referral to Dr Ajay Antony for surgery on June 2, 2026 to report back to Scott on July 20,2026. Their office cancelled the appointment and rescheduled for 07/16/2026 at 11:30. Received another text on 07/14/2026 @3:40 pm canceling the appointment for 07/16/2026. This office is very rude. This is one of the best doctor's office in Gainesville Florida. The office staff, especially Michelle; are the most efficient, kind, and understanding. The doctor is not bad either...lol. Go see them if you're having problems other doctor's can't help you with, you won't feel like a number. THANK YOU ALL...
