So I can't speak as a customer, but as a neighbor to a customer. A few houses down is having roofing and siding done, the weather isn't ideal as it's gotten pretty windy, and as a result a bunch of their scraps have blown around the neighborhood. If I could give them 10 stars I would! A fully licensed and insured company, which is important to me as a claims adjuster. Scott had come out to our home a year or so ago when we had a leak and fixed the leak and advised we would eventually need a new roof but we could wait 2-3 years. This year we had another leak and figured time was up so we naturally went back to Scott because of his great customer service the first time around! When my husband called for an estimate, they gave him a time and were here right at the time they said. Same with the day of the job, right on time. The job was done in a timely manner, everything cleaned up, in fact you would never know anyone was working here. The guys were friendly and efficient, and explained what they were going to do. The cost of the job was also very fair. Last but certainly not least, the person in the office was nice to deal with too. It was a great first impression. The crew that did my daughter’s roof was on time, friendly and informative of problems they encountered while doing the roof. Lori in the office, was very knowledgeable and easy to work with also. Overall it was a great experience for my daughter and I.

Scott Enterprises, Inc. recently replaced the roof and siding on our residence. I highly recommend this company. They are truly a team of knowledgeable, professional and courteous individuals who work extremely well together to accomplish the job.
