The people at Scotts know their business. Kind, knowledgeable, and patient. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I find the staff engaging and sometimes just downright funny. I feel that way about most shops in town. They are helpful and respectful to any cyclist regardless of ability. What amazes me is how generous they are. They have given the help needed by running the one and only rest stop for the Monster Cookie Metric Century ride every April. I believe they have been doing that since Larry had hair and Steve was a baby! They have helped me with my idiot questions!
Truly one of the best bike shops in Oregon. If not the best. Wouldnt shop anywhere else. Would rate higher then just a 5, if I could
Scott's Cycle has been wonderful with working on our bikes. I am new to cycling and the people here have been so patient with answering all of my questions, teaching me about gear, and sharing tips to help me improve my technical ability. I recently joined one of their Saturday morning group rides. This is a great group of people with which to ride! No one was dropped, and the encouraging support on the ride has me looking forward to the next time I can join them.
