My husband ordered a new bike for our sons 8th birthday. We waited two weeks because we were told that’s how long it would take for it to come in and heard nothing from them. Called and asked on the status on our order because ours sons birthday is quickly approaching only to be told that the bike we ordered had been sold to another party and they no longer had any in stock. Great customer service and great selection of bikes...even when bikes are hard to find.
Friendly staff that are attentive and motivated to help you get what you want. I hadn’t been into Scott’s in well over a decade. Maybe two. I was very pleased to see them up and running and even more pleased with their quick service and way beyond normal drive to make my life easier. They registered my bike for me. I can’t tell you how nice that is for a guy like me. I hate dealing with that. I will be back again and again.
This has the best bike shop I’ve ever been too, as an enthusiast, and mother, I can proudly say I’ll always come here. Amazing customer service, honesty, and great employees. They even built a bike for my son today. And it done quickly. Thank you so much!
I went to Scott’s Cycle and was glad I did. Wound up wanting to trade up after a few days of riding my original purchase and Moses made it everything work well. Their fast, efficient and best of all local support make them an easy choice and I look forward to many happy miles on my new Trek.
Bought my Trek Madone 2.1 in 2014 and it's still a daily commuter. Needed new chain and spindle and tune up and they got it done in only a couple of days. I highly recommend them.
