The care provided by Dr Rand and his team was exceptional. The services provided, 10 of 10. The clinical transaction for check in, 6 of 10. I was disappointed in the move to a computer check in system making me feel less valued and more of a commodity. The only way they could make it worse would be facial recognition. Which they did ask for and I declined.

Felt the need to carefully revise my original standing on the healthcare provided to me over the years. Scott Rand is a great sports medicine doctor. If you are between the age of 18-29, involved in high impact sports and need a doctor that can schedule you in for visits with little notice, this is probably your guy.
