I would NOT recommend using The Law offices of Scott E Tanne. My reasons being. I reached out to get information on how bankruptcy works and what chapter would work for me. On his home page it states "free case analysis".That is a LIE. He says he started a case for me without me signing any retainer agreement or my social or any creditors that I owe information.
