I would NOT recommend using The Law offices of Scott E Tanne. My reasons being. I reached out to get information on how bankruptcy works and what chapter would work for me. On his home page it states "free case analysis".That is a LIE. He says he started a case for me without me signing any retainer agreement or my social or any creditors that I owe information. When I told him I wasn't going to file and what about the $400 I had already paid he tells me time is money. I can understand that but a 15 minute phone call and his... read more
