Our insurance rates were climbing with our current roof which was approx. 10yrs since last replacement. Our agent recommended a review of the condition and I still had Scott’s paperwork from 2016. My previous experience dealing with his company was positive and he also offered a 10yr workmanship warranty which we did use once for a minor repair. Scot and his team did a fantastic job on replacing our roof. He has always been incredibly responsive to any follow up requirements I’ve had. I trust his team, workmanship and support - both during the job and after the fact. If I do need any additional repair or replacement work, I will call him first!

We have had Scott Dunlap do several roofs for us and he has been great to deal with. He uses high quality products and the roofs look great, and had everything cleaned up when the work was completed. We highly recommend this company.

Scott was super responsive, went to bat for us directly with the insurance company, and did a great job knocking out our roof/gutter replacement quickly!
