Dr Scott and his staff are the best. Dr Scott has helped me more than any other dr i have seen. I have seropostive rheumatoid arthritis which is the most aggressive form. I have had 3 back surgeries and many other surgeries I am always treated kindly. Never treated like i am just wanting medication or ignored. They always return my calls quickly. I can't say enough good things about them. If you are looking for a dr & staff that will go above and beyond he is the one .
After he excepted my new patient referral and I drove over an hour to get to their office. They took my insurance information and $50 co-pay he then decided to tell me that they are not taking new patients that require medication management. So basically he scammed me. I'll be reporting what happened to my insurance company.
Wow! The most caring and thorough appointment I have had in a long time. Dr. Scott is super knowledgeable about pain and proper treatment.
Although I found Dr. Scott thorough, I found it hard to connect with him. I was also distracted by his wearing a gun on his hip. I have never experienced a dr wearing a gun. There was no mention of this either. Whether or not he is an excellent dr.... I could not get past the gun.
I have Ehlers-Danlos vascular, CRPS, and debilitating rheumatoid arthritis. I am so grateful to find the staff at Dr. Duncan Scott’s office most of all I want to thank him for being a Compassionate provider of healthcare. He literally saved my life! if you know anything about these conditions, you know, nothings perfect, but he makes my life livable.
