Scott Dobrin, based on my experience is a person of very little credibility. He was the landlord at property located at 431 Stillwater, Pocono Summit, PA. On Date 3-1-2022, my son and I signed a lease agreement through ABC Pocono Properties LLC. That same day, the manager, Donna McCarthy, personally showed up to collect a total of $8,079.00 in cash. I’ve Rented a house from Scott last year and he is downright awful!!! It’s been 4 months since I’m out of his property and left it beautifully and still haven’t received the security deposit and he won’t answer a call, text or email !! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to rent from him!!
