2018-2019, after 3 surgeries leading to a failed ankle replacement surgery, I am now disabled. I did everything as instructed & was even denied additional Physical Therapy regardless of my limitations following PT completion. Dr Karr accepted no accountability & even sent a letter refusing to see me for ONE YEAR following COVID causing me to miss consecutive appts.
