Dr Fenske is a caring doctor that took his time and cared about what going on in my life.
I needed to talk to the doctor or the nurse before my 86 yr old mother's appointment. I have concerns that I wanted to talk about. I called the office early in the morning the day before her July appointment and her appointment this coming Monday. NOBODY has ever bothered to get back to me on either phone call. I told them this has happened once before and they promised somebody would get back to me very shortly. Today they had 7+ hours to get back to me, not a word.
