I have been a patient of Dr. Cooper's for 2 years. He is a very caring Doctor and has always been patient with me and done everything he could to help me with my rare nerve disease. He cannot stand the insurance companies and how much they charge and never want to cover my meds. If he has samples he will give them to me. I have never had to wait very long but I make my appointments very early and whatever you do..try not to be late. I was 10 minutes late and was rescuduled. LessonLVB learned.

Dr. Cooper is a very brilliant physician who thinks outside of the box. (1) The doctor doesn't just assume a diagnosis from another doctor as he investigates the symptoms himself. (2) Dr. Cooper doesn't just prescribe randomly prescribe medication for leg pain or something. The doctor draws labs to find out if you have a iron or other type of deficiency before assuming neuropathy. (3) The doctor has a very good bedside manner and explains everything in detail to the patient.

Have seen reviews complaining of wait time- no doubt because he takes all the time necessary with each individual necessary rather than standard 15min exam. If you are looking for revolving door with a quick script-NOT YOUR GUY. This was the most thorough and professional exam I've experienced to date. Kind and compassionate and intuitive beyond compare Rare to find a Doctor truly practicing the "Art of Medicine" rather than just the "science" of pharmacology- He's a keeper!

Unprofessional office staff. disrespectful Compassionless..I came in when I did not have an appointment at the advice of another doctor who contacted him to ask that I be seen that day. My doctor told me that he said he would. I was in distress, crying, met with annoyed office staff who argued with me when I explained why I was there. Office staff talked to Cooper, leaned over counter and said they could not help me and to go to emergency room! Cooper leaned over and said the same, firmly.

After 6 years of going to all kinds of Doctors with no answers or caring to what was wrong with me, I finally ended in Dr. Cooper's office. My first words to him were; I have been in pain for over 6 years, the doctors don't help and I am desperate. He said don't worry, I promise we will find out what's wrong, he send me all kind of tests and I also changed the Rheumatologist I was seeing, since I was never able to see him. I am not 100% better, but I trust him, and will stick with him. He cares

Dr. Cooper cares for my father and me, for different issues. Time and experience solidified my trust in his judgment. He is compassionate, intuitive and very observant. I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Cooper. Everyone who works here, from the EMG tech, Lynn, to the nurses, to the front desk, has been so friendly and helpful, putting me at ease and making me leave with a smile or laugh. I truly think this is an exceptional doctor who has formed an exceptional practice/staff.

I fired him! Took my 3 years of records and went to find someone knowledgeable and CARING! Dr Cooper is crass and arrogant. He was more interested in pushing pills than giving me a correct diagnosis. Be very careful if you choose him. I RARELY write bad reviews but hoping to save you time and money through my honest review.
