If I could give zero stars I would. I hired Scott Bonk and I would not hire him again. I paid him in full to do a job . After reading his report, he had only identified one open roof seam. I told him that there was more than one seam on the roof that was open, and his response was, “I only found one.” He did not offer to revisit the roof to correct his observations and his report as he should have, since he was hired to identify all of the problems to begin with.
