I had a truly terrible experience with this company. The customer service was absolutely abysmal. I would not recommend this company to anyone and would advise others to steer clear. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a better option.
A completely horrendous experience on replacing a transmission. Took forever and no communication. Had to resort to just showing up as he wouldn't answer the phone at all just to get an update on my car.
I had a persistent issue with my transmission and took it to Scott to analyze. He went way beyond what most would expect in dealing with Carshield to obtain a full replacement. Scott is a great guy who has done great work for me. I highly recommend his shop.
