The lady who lives in apt 11 is abusive and racist. She yells and curses a lot to kids and says nasty things about her neighbors. Cops had gone there multiple times for her alcoholic episodes but mostly cuz she had roommates who couldn't stay there long cuz of her abusive ways. She still keeps looking to rent out her second room don't rent from her. She will keep ur money and make u leave by calling the cops.
Literally disgusting, whatever people that look like homeless that do "maintenance" on the place do a poor job, management calls tow trucks at any chance, a lot of the people that live here are barely making it by and you require special requirements to park your own personal vehicle here forcing you to park it on the street where it will most likely get broken into, nobody here likes management and even wish the old ghetto manager was back. Also half of the units are not even up to code as well. Don't even get me started.
