Went there to homestead my property and a friendly gentleman by the name of Alex helped me with all the paperwork and it was such a slick process. He was just the nicest young man.
Tried to pay property taxes online. Property if wasnt recognized. Tried to call. Nobody was around to answer phone. Left message. 2 hours later I try option 2 just to see if a human being is actually to be found. There was but she just said well it’s lunchtime now and theyre probably too busy to answer the phone. Allow for the govt lunch and call again 2 hours later. At last someone answered. Said system works but only if you use Chrome, an actual computer rather than iphone.
