On Friday afternoon, our refrigerated air unit stopped working properly. Unfortunately, we didn't know about it until we got home in the evening. However, thanks to your company, you were able to get someone to my house and fix it in less than 30 minutes!!! Scott Contracting removed my forty gallon water heater and installed my requested RINNAI RL75I tankless water heater between 9am thru 5pm. They did a nice and very quick job on replacing my mother's furnace. The sales person was prompt and reasonable and the installers were polite and professional. They also removed her old furnace and had it disposed. We did not have any difficulty with the entire transaction.
Scott Contracting is very professional and great to work with. Their staff is very knowledgeable and very responsive. If they take care of their commercial clientèle this way, I am sure they are the same with their residential work. I would highly recommend them.
We purchased a Heater/AC Unit from Scott. The "meetings" with the salesperson was professional and never did I feel pressured for a sale. On the day of delivery and set up, it went like a charm with even the owner, Mr. Scott coming by for a visit and satisfaction meeting with us.
