One meeting instilled an inspirational path to understanding affect as it relates to my emotions. How to counter to attract instead of repell relationships. Our past doesn't define us we can rewrite our story to embrace new relationships and understand old relationships. If you haven't invested in yourself by attending one of Dr. Conkright's sessions, I highly recommend visiting one of his group sessions.
