They start off great until you see the final product. They build houses that probably wont be here in ***** years. Getting them to really fix anything is like dealing with a toddler. We have been in our home over a year and still have blue tape EVERYWHERE. They have done of driveway twice and looking like a 3rd time is coming. Be very careful when dealing with this company and definitely watch them do not think they are just going to do what is right or good. They re lazy

We have developed processes to help assist all buyers with their warranty claims. We have spoken to the homeowner regarding his concerns and he said all was good and the items have been taken care of satisfactorily.
I highly recommend you all do your research before you buy with this community. The experiences we have had over the last 48 hours have been absolutely unreal. This is going to be a long review but please read to the end as I want to inform people of what happened. My husband and I found Scott Communities and fell in love with the floor plans as well as the amazing prices. Worst customer service and unprofessional. Superintendent was the most unprofessional person i have met. On the day of closing I had inspected our attic and found no insulation. When i questioned the superintendent he put the blame on the customer because we did not give him enough time to do the punch list. What professional blames the customer? He also commented that our lot was marked and the owner of the company (who is his relative) was aware of us. I would not recommend this builder.
