This was the 2nd home my wife and I have ever built and this experience with Dan, Jimmy and Walter was second to none. The home was very well built, quality construction and delivered by people with high integrity. Dan was easy to work with while we watched the home being built from when they staked the lot to the final walk through with Jimmy and Walter. 4.5 months after buying my brand new home, the water heater went out. After 8 months of calling, and 8 months of cold showers, with the exception of a few weeks in the middle where it got a lukewarm for a few minutes at a time, they builders finally said they would replace the brand new warranteed water heater, i only have to pay $250 to fix the brand new item in your my brand new home. We talked with Dan and toured the model homes about 2 years ago in the old subdivision. Dan was very informative and was great to talk to. We asked it there would ever be 2 story homes built in the subdivision and was told "no the subdivision was pre-planned". We ended up buying a home in McCartney Center even though we thought the Scott homes were better quality and built. McCartney Center was almost complete we found a home that was built a year earlier the owners never moved in with $55k in upgrades almost $100k cheaper. ... read more
Amazing people to work with! They made our dreams come true with the amount of choices and options we could choose from. Beyond that if something didn’t look right to us or to the builders they would change it without hesitation. The builders on multiple occasions made changes and updated us on why, ultimately it was much more work for them but it looked better to them and they knew it made us happy and that’s all that mattered to them!
