Working with Scott to sell our house was a truly wonderful experience. From the first call I made to him after reading great reviews online to closing on the house was seamless! We got an offer the first day and closed within 30 days, Scott took care of everything including getting us contractors to fix a few things. It was the most relaxed and easy going process. There is no one better to sell your house or help you find your dream home then Scott Combs! I rate him a 10++

I was court mandated to use Scott because of a divorce case. I immediately went to look at reviews any was shocked by the amount of negative reviews. I asked him about it, and the was almost punished for doing so. I have never felt more disrespected in my life. He didn’t talk me through a single step of the sale, ignored my texts and calls, and blatantly ignored the questions I had. Scott and Justin did a great job with helping me sell my newly remodeled house in Vancouver, Wa. They have been punctual in all of their responsibilities and did set realistic expectations for what I could get for my house. I feel like I sold my house for the right price and no regret. I recently needed to sell a house from my father's estate and was referred to Scott Combs by the appraiser I used. I met with Scott and Justin Wilkins at the house, we went over the process, they had multiple comparable listings from the immediate area and we agreed on an asking price.
