Never buy or rent from these guys, to call them a real estate agency is menacing on its own. These guys don't know how to deal with their customers, Deborah in particular. I've had many negative interactions with her, it seems that she doesn't know how to hold a conversation with someone simply asking a question about the contractual terms.
