I brought in two cotton dresses with cotton sashes to be pressed to wear to a wedding. I picked up my dresses and the belts were crumpled up in a bag and the employee told me “we didn’t process them because we didn’t want to lose them”. Started using Edmond Scott Cleaners recently after using another cleaners in Edmond for 20 years. I received excellent service from Angela and hope that management recognizes her for it. I had picked up some cleaning and walked out to my car and she immediately got hold of me to see if I wanted to pick up my husbands shirts that were also ready. Very poor quality pressing on dress shirts and suits. This is totally unacceptable. I took two of the shirts back to be re-pressed, and now they're even worse than they were the first time.
Terrible. Ruined my favorites pants and took no fault.
It has been about 2 years since I used Scott Cleaners. Today when I picked up my order I realized why. $8.83 to launder 3 shirts! Almost 3 bucks a pop. If this was the last cleaners on Earth I'd do them myself.
Horrible service, numerous problems, no starch to them means heavy starch,sent shirt back twice cause they use heavy starch, they want to enter names so when you go pick it up, its not at the store, 45 minutes later, oh i found it, employees is always rude, maureen was nice trying her hardest to resolve the problem, after 45 minutes mad cause they lost the shirt you need for work isnt there, it appears under different name, 2 months droppin shirts off weekly and ive never been in the system.
