On March 8 I went to Scott Clark Honda looking for an Accord Hybrid. I was told one was available via dealer trade and the car was located in the ******* area. I purchased the vehicle and was told it would be at the dealership in "...a few days" and they would try to have the car here by March 12. If it did not arrive they offered to provide a loaner. Their salesmen are deceptive. We bought 3 cars in 2 days. Now we are stuck with 1k payments on a 2020 Silverado. Tried trading the vehicle and every single dealership said we were robbed. We even went to Scott Clark ****** and was told whoever sold you that truck robbed you. We got no referral like they said we would. They told us we could get my son's name off of a vehicle he went on the loan for as soon as she got her first paystub which was a boldface a** lie. I took my 2013 Honda Civic to get a service transmission flush and a motor mount, they charged me very high amount for the work almost $500.00, I hand washed the vehicle on Sunday before I took the vehicle to them on a Thursday and there was NO damage to the lower driver side under door, I went to talk to them about the work and price to be done on my vehicle, I notice the a damage and ask them what happened, even my service adviser that never answer my phone calls, said this is fresh you can see it and feel it, the manager ... read more

I traded in my vehicle for a used vehicle at Scott Clark Honda. My only deal breaker was, I was not putting money down. (I had a trade and a check for a new car) The salesman was very attentive and polite, he called my bank and got the buy out amount. My bank even forced them to get a fax number so they had written proof of the exact amount for the buyout. I have never had such a terrible experience when purchasing a car before. First of all they asked me how much I wanted to spend on Monthly payment, the salesperson said they could get it down to that amount, and after I signed a stack of paperwork it was much higher than he intially said. I decided to go through with it anyway but found that to be very shady. They got me good! I thought I was negotiating for 2022 Civic Sport. Instead I got an LX, which IS NOT WHAT I WANTED. When the LX rolled out, no one told me it was an LX. I wanted the Sport model. I only discovered the Civic was an LX when I notified my insurance carrier of the new car. In essence, I feel was baited and switched. I am embarrassed to say I am a retired Fraud Investigator. I went for a standard service B1 (oil change, tire rotation) service today. When I scheduled the appointment, I was assured this would only take 60 to 90 minutes as I needed to leave for military duty this afternoon and could schedule it earlier if necessary. When I arrived (on time), I was approached by a service rep (I believe his name was Chris). Either way, this was the guy who logged my Key Tag 994. This guy clearly just woke up, had no name tag, was super rude and even had eye crust. He told me my wait time was 2 – 4 ... read more
