Use to be a great dealership until all they care about is $. So sad they use to help people and care about getting someone in a car but when they dont care no more and just care about that dollar. I use to recommend a lot of people to go there for a purchase but never in a million years would I do that again. I couldnt even get a phone call back which is the worst customer service ever smh.
I went for a standard service B1 (oil change, tire rotation) service today. When I scheduled the appointment, I was assured this would only take 60 to 90 minutes as I needed to leave for military duty this afternoon and could schedule it earlier if necessary. When I arrived (on time), I was approached by a service rep (I believe his name was Chris). Either way, this was the guy who logged my Key Tag 994.
