I brought a Honda Pilot around 6 months back from Scott Clark Honda. I also took the ************* as I was told it would cover everything for the car. Recently I had a seat belt malfunction and my daughter got stuck. Only choice was to cut the seat belt which I had to do as it was hurting my child. Use to be a great dealership until all they care about is $. So sad they use to help people and care about getting someone in a car but when they dont care no more and just care about that dollar. I use to recommend a lot of people to go there for a purchase but never in a million years would I do that again. I couldnt even get a phone call back which is the worst customer service ever smh.
I GIVE THIS PLACE NO STARS. I do not appreciate at all how the windshield of the vehicle my wife purchased was handled. At first we didnt notice a tiny small crack in the windshield. After driving off she discovered it and called the dealership back immediately. The vehicle was purchased on May 25th and today is May 31st and there still has been no word on taking care of the windshield. This is not good business at all.
My wife and I recently decided to purchase a used Honda Odyssey from Scott Clark Honda. We found an Odyssey that we liked and decided to drive to the dealership to look at the vehicle. The van drove well on our test drive, and despite some damages on the front and back bumper of the vehicle, as well as minor cosmetic issues, we decided that we would move forward on the purchase with the guarantee by the salesperson that the damages would be fixed in a timely manner after the sale. Went for a van for my wheelchair that could take a wheelchair lift that could pick up a 450 lb wheelchair they said the one they sold me would do it they didn't even check to see if it would work it did not when I came back they tried to sell me the one that I really needed but **** up my payments plus ran my credit twice without asking and killed it I went from a 690 to a 5:40 of the stroke of a pen
Was there just to get maintenance was approached because lease was coming up.. I was exhausted from work kind of delirious.. was told my payments on a car Id be buying would only go up 88 dollars.. when doing paperwork I just wanted out of there.. I signed everything.. when I received invoice in mail.. my payments were 200 more.. went to talk to them and they wouldnt help me.. said I needed to go to my bank and try to refinance.. never again will I deal with them.. Deceptive salespeople. Sold me a wrecked car, even though they said it had a clean Carfax Report.
Beware if trading a car:They really stuck it to me.If i could give 0 stars i would.
