worst floor covering install I've ever had done. Came back twice. Installer beat on the concrete floor with hammer trying to get bubbles out. Cracked the floor. Ask them initially to level the floor, and they couldn't do it. Horrible job, spent a lot of money on a really bad job. Staff very uncooperative regarding making it right.
