I purchased a 2021 Cadillac XT5 premier from this dealership. I have called to ask about what warranty comes with it. No reply. It was missing a cargo cover and buttons for heads up display. I get answers like call Cadillac and there is construction going on there so can’t hear. I don’t recall such.
I worked with Andy along with Shawn and Eric to get out of my Jeep and into a Cadillac. Super willing to work with you and figure everything out. Sorry this review is three months late lol. Appreciate you all.
Worst service ever.
I wish I could give a 0 star. Absolute disgusting service.They will quote a price but in signing papers charge you way higher, Once you sign they give zero service to you. do yourself a favor do not DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are disgrace to cadillac reputation. Have zero knowledge on their vehicles, treats you like no one, gives you lot of hassle after buying, soooo soo disappointing :(
