Bought a car in early March with all taxes, title, registration, etc and any type of fee included in the out the door price. It is now June 30th and the dealership is refusing to send the license plate until an additional fee is paid that they were “unaware” of. Avoid the headache and stay away from this dealership and their employee Eric. On Friday March 20, 2025, I noticed that the right lower side of the back bumper had bubbling and tiger striping, made an appointment with Scott Collison Center. If I could give zero stars, I would. The dealership is very difficult to work with especially when you are trying to get work completed as recommended if you were in an accident. They take forever to complete the work which puts financial strain on the customer when having to maintain a rental while your car is being worked on. They are belittling when communicating with the customer and do not speak with good quality customer care or services.
