I go to the 3rd ave location and the staff and care here is exceptional. I have interacted with Mariah, Andrea, Patty, Paula, and Dr K and all have been very warm and professional. I was initially worried after the practice changed hands from Dr Chau to Soft Touch, but all of my concerns were quelled after my first couple visits. The transparency, friendliness, and welcoming attitude the staff brings calmed any hesitations.
Had my fabulous one hour with Dr. Matts and Paola! High recommend to come! Everyone works there just so friendly and lovey
Unprofessional establishment. Cheap sales techniques. Go somewhere else where you can get an actual medical treatment.

We had no way of knowing if the new owners would measure up to the high standard of dental work performed by Dr Chau and his talented staff. We arrived on time and wer... read more
