Nice staff, beautiful office.
I had been going to Dr. Scott Chau office for 10 years, which is now Soft Touch dental. I had my first cleaning with them last week. I figured there would be a transition into the new doctors style. The place is really nice nothing changed, the lady at the front desk was nothing but nice- even talking to her on the phone to schedule the appointment was great. Dr. Chau, where did you go!? I hope you are well and that whatever called you away so abruptly is a happier place. It was a huge surprise to walk into the office and have the staff be completely different, they explained they “took over the office.” Definitely the best dentist I have ever had, so thorough and detailed. I’ve been seeing Dr. Chau for about 10 years now, and every visit has been a wonderful experience. The office is always clean, the staff is friendly and professional, and scheduling or rescheduling appointments is easy. Even though they’re not open on Mondays, they always find a time that works for me. Anytime I’ve had a concern about my teeth, the team has been quick to respond and make sure I’m comfortable. Highly recommend—definitely a 5-star dentist!
