Always an organized and friendly environment! Dr Burlison is very knowledgeable in pain management both with medications and injection procedures. Believe it or not, even the lab people are great with the UA tests. I have been going to Azalea Pain Management since moving to the Tyler area 14 years ago and have nothing but compliments for this business!
