the better business bureau needs to shut scott brown properties DOWN. Its a shame how gross and roach infested their units are. I have a tramp stamp from a roach bite. I would never recommend apartments by sbp to anyone not even my worst enemy. Thats how bad they are.
Ive written a review for Scott brown apts in denton on every review page possible just to warn people how terrible these places are. If i could give them no stars then i would because thats how bad they are. Scott brown will go to hell for lying. They make up stuff just to keep your deposit because no one wants to rent from them. No reason to have Maintenance because its rare that they show up. Sharon in the office knows how nasty the apts are and acts like it doesnt matter when you bring up concerns.
