I had a very negative experience with this management. The staff were unprofessional, often mocking and criticizing health issues instead of showing empathy. They also displayed racist behavior and made degrading comments about others. When I raised concerns about the property, their response was disrespectful—they suggested I find another place and forget about the rent and deposit I had already paid, rather than addressing the issues. Overall, the management and property quality were extremely disappointing.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL DO NOTHING FOR YOU EVEN IF YOU HOLD THE PROPER DOCUMENTATION AND EVIDENCE OF YOUR REQUESTS. THEY ARE LIARS, CROOKS, AND DISGUSTING BUSINESS PEOPLE.
Don't trust these people @ 524 ft. worth dr....... – Would you ever invite people to your house to rob them blind. Well this is the type of people you are dealing with at 524 ft. worth dr. in Denton. They staged an estate auction and hid all of the damages to items in lockers. Really must be low individuals to steal in broad daylight. Just imagine what they are going to nickel and dime you with if they are going to legally steal thousands in broad daylight.
I lived in the Scott Brown apartments off Hickory and Ave. D. The only advantage of living there is the closeness to campus. Everything else sucks. None of the appliances are updated (oven, fridge, etc). When we moved in, the dishwasher was broken and even when they replaced it, it didn't clean dishes well. The back window was broken, I'm assuming from someone trying to break in and I called them to fix it. It took them over a month to fix it. The toilets are old.
