Wouldn’t recommend. Waited for hours after answering service led me to believe that a tech was on call and would contact me to coordinate as our heat went out. After my second call to get the status, I was told that a tech would call me back. Much to my frustration, I finally received a call 4 1/2 hours later letting me know that they actually weren’t on call? And that their answering service “doesn’t really know their business” and that I was not “on contract”with them so they wouldn’t come out anyway. Such bad business pra... read more

Quick and professional. More expensive than the next guy, but I promise you they are worth every penny. You get what you pay for in HVAC!! They use top of the line equipment and have only the most knowledgeable technicians under their employ. Highly recommend Scott Brothers based not only the accolades, but from personal experience with the company myself.

Love Scott Brothers. Michael was so thorough when he gave us our estimate. The workers, Josh, Trey, and Jonny were all very courteous and professional. We love our ceiling mounted mini splits. Very pleased with this service and experience

Great group of professionals: timely. Staff great. Would highly recommend. Know thermal heating and a/c units. Since buying cabin in Lauren springs last March( based on referral from real estate agent ) the have consistently done great repair work. Highly recommended. Super nice people. Fair Prices.
