We have had the most amazing experience from the time of our quote, updates on progress of new equipment to installation. This job required new piping, pumps, chlorinator and automation. Highly recommend such friendly and efficient service.
A very disappointing customer service experience with Poolwerx Kingsford. Their follow up is abysmal, will not be returning to them.
I just bought a house with a pool that was green and went looking on line to find a pool shop or technician to help, After I had a read of all the reviews i decided to go see them. The guy on Sunday was very friendly and helpful but when I returned on Monday I was meet by a young guy that seem to have no interest in talking to me and basically gave me a quick answer and seem to push me out the door, I have also requested a technician come out via the website booking but have not heard anything in four days. It is my first time visiting a pool service store. Staff here are so kind - they are patient and professional to give me advice even I did not buy anything from them. Highly recommended!!!
