We hired Scott to assist with a tax issue that we did not understand. We found him to be unproffesional, unkind and difficult to work with. he made a stressful situation more stressful. When we had questions in regards to the result just so we understood, he got snippy and complained that he hadn't eaten that day when he told us the time of day was ok. He then admitted that he is not good at customer service. We also had to chase him down to get finality to the process. I do not recommend his services.
