Office staff is amazing. Nice, informative. Dr. Berlin is the best. He listens and truly cares.
I was referred to Dr.Berlin to have a conference with him . He maybe one of they top doctors but the experience that I had with him was he is very rude , cocky, and he dont have any patient skills even tho I needed help with my pain I felt very sorry for him because God has Blessed this man to be able to help other people. But he chooses to abuse that gift. Sorry to see another doctor being like that because it was a doctor that messed me up.
Dont mind the Dr but the fact that I have to wait so long really stinks. Especially when your hurting.
Dr. Berlin is patient, kind and informative. Calling his office and trying to contact someone is quite frustrating. He has about three front office employees that don’t seem to want to be there. There is ONE who is very personable that I wish I knew her name. All that being said, I’d like to commend KAYLA, Dr. Berlins assistant. She is always kind and sweet and has a wonderful attitude.
