5 stars is inadequate! The group here is professional and warm. They took care and showed integrity in resolving an initial miscommunication and still were beyond efficient in finalizing our returns. I made a mistake to go with someone else. My aunt did my taxes for last year, thinking it won’t become a problem, give her a shot I thought, it would be it done faster. I was trying to buy a house with my wife. I was on 1099 wife on W2. I didn’t show much potential as a buyer last year so I knew I had to pay a bit to look good with the Bank.
