Scott went above any beyond to help us make the cross-country move from California to North Carolina. He worked tirelessly, taking us to view more than 20 homes over just 3 weekend visits. He was honest and transparent with us every step of the way. As first time home buyers purchasing in an unfamiliar market, Scott made the process extremely smooth and comfortable. Scott is family now and I will never purchase again without his guidance.
Scott was an incredible partner throughout the home buying process. He made time to meet with us to show properties, he kept us well informed along the way and guided us through closing. I’ve purchased homes before, and it has not always been easy…Scott truly helped to alleviate what can be a stressful process. Thank you!
The experience Scott gives is bar none! The effort and detail he puts into his work is nothing short of amazing. During the process he was always available and willing to answer my questions with no problem. Addressing my concerns really put it over the top for me, no matter what time I reached out he was there. I highly recommend using Mr Bauknight for all your real estate needs! Such an awesome and easy experience. Thank you for all you do don't stop being excellent at what you do.

He was extremely patient with us, understanding and very ... read more

Especially physically being present and being able to visit anywhere you want to look at any moment you would like. Scott has gone above and beyond to make this process as smooth and as informative as possible. Including going places in person for us and providing videos and pictures so we know exactly what its like. We have no words to express our gratitude. If ... read more
