I called Scott Bauer roofing and siding in order to make an appointment to get a quote for gutter guards. No one showed up for the appointment. Tried to call the office twice, and only got an answering machine, no opportunity to leave a voicemail. Very poor customer service.

Anthony was great. Quick response time after a storm when I had a leak in my roof. I will be using this company in the future.

I’ve been having an annoying and consistent leak for some time now. On Friday I noticed the issue and the following Monday Anthony and Tyler were out here and fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes. I’ve rarely been so pleased with service from a local place but I’ll ONLY be calling Scott Bauer going forward. Couldn’t say nicer things about this place.

They made my life easy! First time insurance claim for wind damage. Called and within 3 hours Brandon and Anthony were up on the roof in a blowing snow flurry nailing down protective tarp, assessing damage, and totally handling the insurance process. After considering roof age, insurance coverage etc we decided to go full makeover with roof, siding, and gutters. They handled every aspect of the entire project.
