Dr. Ford is excellent. I have had several eye doctors over the years and he was among the best.
Nothing to do with the Dr. I’m a new patient and trying to make an appointment but the person who answered the phone was very very rude. I believed she’s an indian lady. Can tell by her accent. If she happens to be the one that answer your call, just pls hang up. I did my 2nd call using a different number but same experience. Pls ask to speak with someone else.
Worst experience by far! He rejected my service for no reason, my insurance was in network and he told me to find another eye doctor. This would have been my first time getting my eyes checked, what a disgusting man!
