2nd time Pretty pleased with the services provided here. This is my second time coming, each for a different thing. I give 5 stars because my car was done by the weekend and I brought it in Wednesday afternoon

When a Jaguar customer takes the time to say how great a shop is, you usually pay attention, we were talking about how good the service is, and we both agreed that this is a good place to keep in your contacts. Great Job The time it took to repair my car was very reasonable(3 days) and I was happy that they were using genuine VW parts and VW certified technicians. My car looks perfect! It looks as if nothing ever happened. They washed it and detailed it inside. Looks brand new!

Took my newly bought used Altima in for an estimate as the first time I pulled it into my right angled garage, I scraped the edge of the garage door. Jason came out and looked at it and took the car away for 10 minutes to see what he could do. He came back and my car was like new. No scratches. Apparently what I thought were deep scrapes must have been from the garage door paint. He did not charge me. I tried to pay him a couple times but he said no. I hit a deer in my 3 month old 2013 VW Beetle Convertible and was advised to go to Scott's to have it repaired. I am sure they are a good repair shop and can only believe that my VW was a fluke, they got into a bit of trouble with my car and it just snowballed...but will never let them touch anything I own again.. Mechanically the car was fixed without issues - other then no interior lights worked and had to go back after being in the shop for 5-6 weeks - or the hood was not centered correctly even after 2 adjustments, or oh... read more
