We were in the process of buying our first home, and Justin was exceptional from start to finish. He’s a great communicator and clearly very passionate about what he does. His incredibly detailed 100+ page report ultimately saved us from moving forward with a $1.72M purchase that would have required an estimated $100K–$200K in renovations just to make the home livable. Company was highly recommended to us by another contractor for our new home to remediate a small amount of mould. SHANNON and her team were fantastic to deal with, pricing was reasonable, and we would/will definitely use them again without hesitation. Highly recommend!

EDIT UPDATE- I want to reiterate my 5 star review, if only I could make it a 10 star! I had some concerns about a few things when the job was done and despite me being very hard to reach, Justin and Cathy continued trying to reach out to me. Once we were in contact, they resolved my concerns above and beyond my expectations.
