He took a month, still had not heard from him. Called. He said he would mail the appraisal and should get it that Friday or the next Monday. Didn't get it, didn't hear from him. His voice mail box is full, he doesn't answer the phone. 2 weeks went by. Went to his home/office. Guess it was his wife that took a message that it was urgent to took my appraisal, to email it to me asap or call. No call.
