I contacted the company to have my old Electrolux refrigerator repaired. They asked about the symptoms and quoted a price for service call and diagnostics. Two young technicians arrived exactly on schedule the following day, performed the diagnostics, and gave me a price for the repair. I agreed to the work. We had an old washing machine and this tech didn’t even ask anything about the make or model over the phone. When he gets here he tells us that he can’t even service this unit because of its age, as if he couldn’t figure that out beforehand?! He also mentioned NOTHING about the service fee on the phone either and then has the nerves to demand $140. He was very rude when confronted. I would NEVER use this company again. What a pleasure to work with them! I figured out that the water pump on my washing machine had failed. On a Sunday night, I texted Scott, and he promptly gave me an estimate. I agreed to the price, and just three days later, his sons came out and completed the repair. They were great young men—professional, friendly, courteous, and efficient. The entire experience was painless from start to finish. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again whenever I need appliance repairs.
