I called and was immediately assisted by a real person. Jeff walked me through some over the phone troubleshooting and saved me hundreds of dollars. He ordered my part, I picked it up and did the repair myself (I am a radio repair man so I have basic repair skills) and it worked like a charm. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I've used Scott and sons twice now .Both times it was someone different and both times they have been very reasonable , timely and fair priced . They first repaired my kitchen stove and now my dryer. They will be my Go-To from now on.
I would fully recommend them. They did a wonderful job . They arrive at the scheduled time and call ahead to let you know that they're coming. They are very knowledgeable about the appliances they service. They answer any questions completely so that you understand. They also are very pet friendly.
