Jeff answered my call at the end of the business day and spent a significant amount of his time helping me diagnose the problem with our refrigerator. He and his sons came to house for further diagnostics, determined what was needed and ordered in the parts. Upon return, parts were installed and unit was but back in service. Labor and parts pricing was more than far. The team was extremely polite, on-time and pricing was extremely fair. I will absolutely call them if we ever need an appliance repair.
Scott and Sons were very quick and professional and when they found a secondary issue with my machine after fixing the first issue, they charged me much less than it would normally cost to fix the second issue, so that I wouldn't have to buy a new machine.
Cannot recommend enough, incredibly nice and made sure I understood what they were doing. Finished so much faster than expected too! Definitely better than other appliance repair people in Westminster with a first name in their business name that don't call people back. Ken you believe a business would do such a thing?!
I am so appreciative for their help fixing our dryer. They were able to identify the problem and provide a quick solution. The customer service was wonderful. We will definitely use again in the future!
Highly, highly recommend for any appliance repair! Our dryer broke and Scott was so helpful talking me through steps over the phone to get it working before he could get out to fix it which was so nice. Him and his son quickly repaired my dryer quickly for a very fair price. Highly recommend and I’ll absolutely call them again for any appliance repair needs I have.
