I am so appreciative for their help fixing our dryer. They were able to identify the problem and provide a quick solution. The customer service was wonderful. We will definitely use again in the future!
Highly, highly recommend for any appliance repair! Our dryer broke and Scott was so helpful talking me through steps over the phone to get it working before he could get out to fix it which was so nice. Him and his son quickly repaired my dryer quickly for a very fair price. Highly recommend and I’ll absolutely call them again for any appliance repair needs I have.
Jeff Scott and his sons were a breath of fresh air to work with. They went out of their way to attempt to repair our dishwasher but the part needed was no longer available. He took extra care removing the dishwasher when he (and we) learned the builder had notched the tiles to make it fit. We were able to order a new appliance and Jeff and his sons came right back to install it and made sure to answer all of our questions before leaving. A great experience. Jeff diagnosed the problem over the phone which allowed me to correct the issue (and saved me some money). Finding someone with honesty and integrity in this day and age is refreshing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
I had an issue with my washer and Scott & Sons came out with expertise, professionalism, and kindness to get me back to the fun and exciting task of loads and loads of laundry! They were great! Highly recommend calling them whenever you need knowledgeable, honest, and expeditious local service.
