Kind, attentive, I was comfortable asking questions and receiving answers that were in plain English. This was my 2nd appointment. Found that parking on the left side of the building 3/4 of the way down is the shortest route to this office.
I'm a cancer patient of his now I am having serious problems and gives me an appointment 3 months out and the receptionist was very rude and un helpfull.
I'm rating based on what I received- super professional staff very polite, attentive, and timely. Procedure performed by Dr. Scott went very well, he had great bedside manner, good explanation and details, can't say any more. Very pleased.
I think the lower ratings on this doctor is so untrue! He is one of the finest doctors I have ever had! From the first time I met him to my colonoscopy and endo to other office visits..he is so amazing, caring and truly special. He's a great doctor! Took his time explaining things..I give him 10 stars!
I have been seeing Dr. Altschuler for a couple of years. Never had an issue so I was super surprised to see the really bad reviews on him. I have a genetic liver disease, I started having new medical issues related to my liver, which I made the office aware of when I called. The doctor could not see me for weeks but my bi-annual CT scan was moved up. Well for some reason the order showed for follow up, which was not the reason for the scan.
