HORRIBLE TO RENT FROM. Currently renting a property from this company. Have had MANY MANY MANY issues, and the company does not help you out at all. They make you call and pay someone to come fix things- or you fix it yourself. My Husband and I specifically asked before we moved in, since we moved in to here from out of state, if they will be taking care of the maintenance of things, and they said they would. I have called numerous times about things needing fixed, and the woman in the office who is in charge of the rentals ... read more
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND We have rented a property from this company for over two years and their property managers do not consider you worthy I guess. We pay an extra 50.00 a month on our rent now for them to take our payments(since the owner of the property moved out of town) and we can't ever get anyone to call us back. We had a broken hot water heater for 2 days before anything was done and that was only after we called 7 times. They removed a ceiling fan that caught on fire and left wires with a light bulb hanging off of it ... read more
