My house is in a large subdivision in Pittsfield Township near the Ann Arbor Airport. A hail storm in the summer of 2023 damaged the roof and gutters and a complete tear-off and replacement was needed. Extremely poor customer service. While responding to a potential hail damage claim - Scott Adams - rescheduled meeting dates 3 times. Twice without notice and with no response as to Why. Ultimately they just stopped responding to text/phone calls. Avoid this company if you can.
Would recommend to everyone. Similar product and warranty. 1 day install and best price.
